What is Exercise Physiology? 
 

Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs) are university-qualified allied health professionals and registered with Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA). They specialise in the prescription of clinical exercise for the management, prevention, and treatment of a wide range of chronic conditions, injuries, and disabilities.

AEPs provide:

  • Evidence-based exercise interventions

  • Health and physical assessments

  • Lifestyle education and advice

  • Long-term management strategies
