Payments and Cancellations
Revive Therapy Services Australia
Payments
​
All services must be paid in accordance with the following terms:

Private and self-managed clients: payment is due within 7 days of invoice

Plan-managed clients: invoices will be sent to your Plan Manager

NDIA-managed clients: services are claimed through the NDIS portal
Services may be paused or declined if invoices remain unpaid.

Pricing
Fees are based on:

Revive Therapy Services Australia rates
-
NDIS Pricing Arrangements (where applicable)
Travel time, report writing, and other non-face-to-face services may be charged where relevant.
All pricing is subject to change.

Cancellations
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
If sufficient notice is not provided:

Less than 48 hours: up to 100% of the session fee may be charged

Non-attendance (no show): full session fee applies
-
Late arrival: session will still finish at the scheduled time and full fee applies
This applies to all clients, including NDIS participants, in line with current guidelines.

Missed Appointments in Remote Areas
As a mobile service operating across the Pilbara:

If a practitioner travels to your location and you are not present, the full session fee plus any applicable travel costs will be charged

Refunds
Refunds are not provided for:

Change of mind
-
Missed or late-cancelled appointments
-
Completed services
Where appropriate, credits or partial refunds may be considered at our discretion.

Outstanding Payments
​
If invoices are not paid:

A reminder will be issued after 7 days
-
Services may be paused after 14 days
-
Accounts may be referred for debt recovery if unpaid
Any reasonable recovery costs may be added to the outstanding balance.

Exceptional Circumstances
​
We understand that unexpected situations can arise.
In genuine cases (e.g. medical emergencies), fees may be waived at our discretion.

Agreement
​
By booking and engaging services with Revive Therapy Services Australia, you agree to these payment and cancellation terms.
